Computational Thinking in Uganda
Monday October 21, 2024 2:40pm - 3:30pm CDT

What does computer science and computational thinking look like in different settings? Oftentimes we worry about different educational settings, different student needs, cultural relevancy, and more. This summer I had the chance to test this out on a larger scale through a pilot partnership to bring computational thinking to educators and students in Uganda. Join me to hear what we learned, and how this can inform what we do in the US.
